Veneka’s PRISM service is a fully managed payments software-as-a-service offering, built on Tieto Card Suite and Veneka’s Luminus and Indigo software. PRISM provides sophisticated access to world class technologies. It enables our customers to rollout innovative payments services with quick timeto-market, superior performance, at a low cost.

Technology & Management

The PRISM platform is deployed on a high-availability Oracle super-cluster environment, provided by Veneka’s hosting partner, Britehouse, a division of Dimension Data. The environments are deployed in Tier 4 data centres, offering redundant power and data connections, with a platform uptime of over 99.95%.

Connectivity

Veneka’s connectivity partners provide extensive redundant data networks across the continent, with dedicated bandwidth on all major backbones. This enables financial institutions to connect to Veneka’s PRISM platform via low-latency connections.

Compliance and Security

The PRISM platform is built in compliance with industry standards for PCI-DSS. Management of the Data Centres hosting the PRISM software applications is in accordance to Tier 3 standard for Data Centres. Veneka has supported customers using our technology to successfully achieve PCI-DSS compliance.
